NOTICE OF KEY DECISION

Notice is hereby given that the Executive Member for Children, Young People & Learning is to be asked to make a key decision on 7 Oct 2021 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Household Support Fund

SERVICE AREA: People

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

To agree the distribution of the Household Support Fund for October 2021. As provided by the DWP to support households with the increased cost of essentials over the Winter.

ISSUE REFERENCE: I102794

This notice is being given in accordance with regulation 11 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 in that the decision is urgent and it is not possible to give 28 or 5 days notice as normally required by regulations 9 and 10 of the decision.

The Executive Member for Children, Young People & Learning will be considering a report prepared by the Executive Director: People.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
